Ascent is a Christian mental health practice focused on helping individuals become holistically free
in their body, mind and soul.
We believe that true healing only begins when we see ourselves as a whole person.
Integrated, Individualized, Holistic Care
If you feel like…
You're juggling appointments, referrals, specialists, insurance, and endless paperwork—and it feels like a full-time job.
You know there are missing pieces to your health story, but no one seems to be connecting the dots.
You're exhausted from explaining your symptoms over and over, trying to convince providers that something isn't right, yet still searching for answers.
You don't have to navigate it alone.
At Ascent, we believe your health is more than a collection of symptoms or lab results. You're a whole person with a unique story, and your care should reflect that.
We take the burden of coordinating the pieces off your shoulders—bringing together your medical history, specialists, testing, and treatment options to help uncover the bigger picture. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that makes sense for your life, advocate alongside you, and support you every step of the journey.
Our goal isn't just to help you manage illness—it's to help you move toward lasting health, wholeness, and a life fully lived.

Meet the Team
Dr. Jolly John and Melissa Abraham founded Ascent Health in early 2025 out of a shared desire to offer care that is both clinically sound and spiritually grounded. Rooted in their Catholic faith and shaped by years of personal and professional experience, they believe that true healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are all seen, supported, and gently brought into alignment.
